What is Covered by This Guarantee?

Wind and Watertight Integrity
We guarantee that all containers will be wind and watertight, ensuring safe storage and transportation of goods. Common surface rust may be present on used containers, but any rust is hammer-tested before delivery. Rusty pinholes or thinning steel will be repaired with an overlay patch extending beyond the affected area. Dents and scratches are normal for used containers, but dents should not exceed 4 inches inward or outward.

Intact Seals
The door seals (gaskets) will be secure, with no visible daylight through the seals when viewed from the inside. The retainer strip holding the door gaskets will also be intact.

Floor Condition
Our inspection ensures that the container floors are intact, with no holes or major damage. While some delamination may be present, it will not exceed multiple layers, and the floor will not be "spongy." Any significant damage will be repaired with wooden or steel plates. Crossmembers are also checked to ensure they remain flush with the flooring, with no broken welds.

Functional Doors
When the container is placed and leveled correctly, you can expect the doors to open and close without excessive force. While container doors may be heavier than anticipated, they should function properly for both opening and securing.

Operational Door Hardware
The lock rods should rotate easily to allow proper locking and unlocking. Bent rods are acceptable if they remain fully functional. The door handle should set inside the handle bracket without difficulty.

What is not covered by the guarantee?
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, odors, or damage resulting from impacts or accidents after delivery. Improper placement or modifications made after delivery will void the guarantee, and the warranty does not apply to containers used for transport or storage.

Accessible Delivery Location
The delivery truck requires at least 12 ft of width to access your location easily. Make sure there are no tight spots that could hinder access.
Firm Ground
The ground must be solid and stable to support both the truck and the container. Soft ground could cause issues during delivery.
Flat Surface
Since we use a tilt-bed delivery method, a flat surface is essential. Containers cannot be placed on an incline.
Free of Obstructions
Ensure that the area in front of the container is clear, allowing the truck enough space to drive away. A clearance of at least 3x the container’s length is required.
